Fines/Times - First Time Offender: A judge may consider this an extenuating circumstance when making their ruling. This is per the judge's discretion. All fines are a fixed, flat rate, however, LEOs and judges can choose to waive the fine as well as assign a confinement time up to the maximum-listed penalty

Accessory To - Any person caught and proven to be an acessory to ANY crime against the federal government, be it before, during, or after the fact, shall be subject to 50% of ALL fines, times, and fees incurred as a result of this crime.
Conspiracy To - Any person(s) found to conspire to commit, be they principal or accessory, shall be subject to a fine or time limit equivalent to if they had committed the conspired crime.
Attempt to - All Principle persons that attempt a crime are guilty of such crime and subject to punishment for that crime, despite success or failure.
Double Jeopardy - A person, after being acquitted in a court of law, CANNOT be tried for the same crime again.
