One high-ranking whitelisted club/business (those that require “hands” such as gunsmiths, horse trainers, etc.) are allowed per player.

Whitelisted businesses require upkeep - If government finds that the business has not been attended to for two weeks, the business will be confiscated and opened to a new owner.

1. If a business owner is unable to access county for a two week period, open a ticket to inform government officials.

Keep rates within 20% of the state target.

Do not buy goods from other stores to have your own.

You can only sell items that are craft-able for your business, or pertain to your business. (Example: department store products in a department store, etc.)

If you have a criminal record, you cannot own a business.

When installing signs, the signs must be attached to a wall or pole and not simply floating in the air. Maximum of three signs/scenes per business.
