Court Scenes and Breakouts:
Court scenes must be allowed to finish before any breakout attempts are made.
Both sides should have the opportunity to experience the roleplay (RP) of the court proceedings.
An exception may be made if the leader of the attacking party and the session runner quickly agree out of character that a breakout is permissible during the proceedings. Specific details need not be shared, only the intent.
Breakout Frequency:
Breakouts should not occur frequently and should be reserved for high-ranking members within a gang or group.
Realistically, constant breakouts would result in pursuit by government agents, police, and rangers, making it impractical for lower-ranking members.
If breakouts become too common, rules may be adjusted to prevent excessive occurrences and maintain realism.
