Hogtie

1. You cannot free yourself from the hogties if someone has tied you up.

2. The only chance of breaking out is if someone "loosens the ropes" or if you are left unattended for more than 10 minutes.

3. If you are being dragged, you can cut the rope to free yourself.

4. You can escape the bola when it's thrown at you, but not after you're tied up.

5. Neither party to an armed conflict shall use lasso or rope after violence has begun. A lasso may also not be thrown at a player who is in conflict/aggression (e.g. tied from a horse or from a distance, unless used when chasing horses). They can only be used:

   1. by criminals when taking a hostage or robbing someone after being appropriately instigated and intimidated (Chasing a horse to avoid deadly force is robbery "no interaction"), to include murder.
